Attorney Profiles

Bryan T. Fox is a native of New Mexico.  He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New Mexico in 1991 and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of New Mexico in 1996.  While in law school, Mr. Fox served as Vice President of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Fraternity.

Mr. Fox has been affiliated with Wolf & Fox, P.C. since 1992.  His legal work encompasses business and commercial law, gaming law, defense litigation, employment law, and domestic relations matters.  Mr. Fox places an emphasis is placed on regularly consulting and counseling with employers and businesses in an effort to prevent claims from arising, including providing training to management to ensure the appropriate application of company policies and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Mr. Fox is a member in good standing with the Albuquerque Bar Association, the New Mexico State Bar, the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.  Mr. Fox participates in the H. Vearle Payne American Inn of Court and has served as a panelist for the New Mexico Medical Review Commission.  He also is regularly appointed by the court to serve as a mediator and arbitrator.
